If there is no sound or low sound during use of the walkie-talkie, you should first check whether the battery voltage is sufficient. If the battery is normal, please check whether the transceiver frequency and sub-tone settings of the receiver and other walkie-talkies are consistent. If the above is normal, please check in the following order:
1. Check the quality of the speaker. If there is any problem, please replace it.
2. Check the speaker external socket and replace it if there is any problem.
3. Check the encoder and potentiometer. If there is any problem, please replace it.
4. Check the contact between the soft circuit plug and the motherboard socket. If there is any problem, please reinstall it or replace the plug and socket.
5. Check the contact between the antenna and the antenna base. If there is any problem, please replace the antenna or antenna base.
Problems with the transmitter part of the walkie-talkie are generally caused by the following reasons:
1. The battery is out of power or the battery voltage is low. Solution: Replace the battery with power or recharge the battery.
2. The transmit key (PTT key) is faulty. Solution: Replace the launch button.
3. The shrapnel of the external microphone socket has poor contact, causing internal blockage. Solution: Adjust the shrapnel or replace the microphone socket.
4. The soft circuit plug has poor contact with the motherboard socket. Solution: Please reinstall or replace the plug and socket.
5. The microphone (microphone) is faulty. Solution: Replace the microphone.
After installing the battery and turning on the power, the walkie-talkie does not turn on. After confirming that the battery is charged and the battery contacts are in normal contact. First, check whether the fuse has burned out due to excessive current. If the fuse is normal, the no-power-on failure is generally caused by poor contact between the soft circuit plug and the motherboard socket. Just replace the soft circuit plug or the motherboard socket.
The walkie-talkie has an advanced fault self-checking function. When the walkie-talkie beeps when it is turned on, it is often because the following faults were discovered during the self-check of the walkie-talkie:
1. The frequency is wrong. When writing the frequency, it exceeds the frequency range of the walkie-talkie itself. Solution: Rewrite frequency.
2. Poor contact of soft circuit. Solution: Replace the soft circuit plug or motherboard socket.
3. The VCO is out of lock and related components are broken. Solution: Replace the 12.8M crystal oscillator or TC1, TC2 and other related components.
